Registration
The
following documents are requested for registration::
- Last
8th grade report card for all incoming
9th grade students (only required at the beginning of the year0.
- Transcripts
for all other grades (unofficial is acceptable)
- Grades
to Date-of-Departure from previous school
(required only if registering during the
school year)
- Current
immunization record (required by law).
- Birth
Certificate
- Proof
of residence, e.g. utility bill, rental agreement,
etc. Please note that a Calif. driver's license is not considered proof of residence.
- Notarized
guardianship papers required if student
is living with some one other than the
parent.
- For
students who are in special programs (i.e.
Curriculum Support, LH, etc.), a current
504 Plan or IEP is required. Call (707)
556-8921 (Special Services)
- Parent
or guardian must be present to complete
registration papers.
You
must have all required documents when enrolling,
otherwise, it could delay the enrollment process.
For
transcript or diploma copies, please send your
requests with cashier's check to
