Teachers: Please
visit a individual teacher's homepage for contact
information. Teacher names are posted under
the subject area department to which he/she
belongs. Visit the departmental home page to
pick up a link.
How to make appointments to see teachers:
Students
wishing to make an appointment with a teacher
should do so during break times, lunch time,
before or after school. If the teacher is not
in the classroom during those times, a note
in the teacher's box (located in the faculty
room of the main Administration Building) will
alert the teacher. Students may not miss class
time to make an appointment.
Parent
wishing to make an appointment with the teacher,
can either contact the teacher directly or
arrange an appointment through your child's
counselor.
To
contact the teacher directly, call the school's
main number and ask that the switchboard put
you through to that teacher's classroom if
it is the prep
hour OR have a note written to be placed
in the teacher's faculty box.
Some
teachers use their voice mail systems regularly;
others don't access their voice mail boxes.
Some teachers do not mind accepting telephone
calls during class time given the nature of
their subjects taught; others vigorously object
to classroom any such interruptions. A safe
first contact is to have Mrs. Evelyn King,
our front office receptionist, leave a message
in the teacher's box. A day time telephone
number is very much appreciated by teachers.
