Alliance for Excellence: any U.S.
Citizen who is a high school senior planning
to attend full-time a college, university
or other institution of high learning.

Vallejo
Rotary Club Scholarships: High school
graduates planning to attend a 4-year
college/university are eligible. Applications
are now available in the counseling building.
The submission deadline is usually in
April.
UNICO
Scholarship: There are currently applications
available for 3 scholarships. Learn more
and/or get the applications in the counselors'
office. See Ms. Bowen for more information.

Pre-Senior Year, Summer Residence Opportunities High School Students
MIT: the Women's Technology Program of MIT is a 4-wk summer residence program to introduce high school girls to Electrical Engineering (EE) and Computer Science (CS). Any girl who is currently a high school junior, who demonstrates math and science ability and shows and interest in finding out about EE or CS is encouraged to visit the MIT website (link below) for more information and for an application form (applications are due in early Feburary). Classes are taught in a supportive environment by a staff of women MIT Phd candidates and undergraduates. The full-time academic pro am includes hands-on experiements and team-based projects in computer science, electrical engineering, and mathematics.
